Order Confirmation:
- Upon placing an order through our website, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. We kindly ask that you carefully review the details in this email to ensure accuracy.
- Please note that after 24 hours from the time of order placement, no changes or alterations to your order can be made.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your jewelry is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and location of your order during transit.
Shipping Times:
- Non-custom/personalized jewelry: Please allow up to 7-15 business days for shipping. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
- Custom/personalized jewelry: These unique pieces are handcrafted exclusively for you and may require 4-6 weeks for production before they are shipped. Paying for expedited shipping will not accelerate the manufacturing process for custom items.
- In rare instances, items in your order may be shipped separately.
International Orders:
- International order deliveries typically take 10-20 business days. Delays may occur depending on your country's postal service and customs regulations.
- Customs and duties fees may apply, which are not charged by Ahlor Boutique. These fees are requirements imposed by your country's postal service. Ahlor Boutique is not responsible for paying any customs fees associated with your package.
Shipping Address and Liability:
- Ahlor Boutique will deliver orders to the address provided at the time of purchase. We are not liable for any issues arising from incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- For orders exceeding $150, a signature may be required at the time of delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours. We will provide you with the necessary information, such as the tracking number and last known location.
- Ahlor Boutique does not assume responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the postal service. Any issues during the delivery process must be addressed with the postal service.
Personalized/Custom Orders:
- All custom-made orders will be shipped within 4-6 weeks as these items are meticulously handmade by our jeweler exclusively for you.
- Once custom pieces are in production, they cannot be canceled or returned. Please understand that the creation of personalized jewelry requires time and care.
- In some cases, the production or shipping of personalized jewelry may exceed 6 weeks, and we will notify you via email if this occurs.
